Please read these terms carefully before using the 499pet platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and 499pet.

Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 499pet platform and all its services. By browsing the 499pet website (https://499pet.lat), creating an account, or starting to use any service, you are giving your consent to fully accept these Terms.

In these Terms, "platform" refers to the 499pet website, mobile version, and all associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor who is accessing the platform.

These Terms are governed by Bangladeshi law and applicable regulations. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 499pet platform. The operator of the platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Section 2

Account Registration

To use services on 499pet, you must create a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Information Required at Registration

  • Your full legal name (as per national identity card)
  • Active mobile number and email address
  • Date of birth (for age verification)
  • Payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay)

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is a violation of these Terms. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the 499pet support team immediately.

If the information provided at registration is found to be false or incomplete, 499pet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance at any time.

Section 3

Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be met to register and participate on the 499pet platform:

  • The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must not be a resident of any country or region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
  • You are choosing to use the platform voluntarily and with full mental capacity.
  • You are playing from your own account, not on behalf of any third party.

3.1 Age Verification Process

499pet reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. A photo of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate may be requested. Failure to provide valid documents within the specified time may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Important: For persons aged 21 and above only. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 499pet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
  • Use only payment methods registered in your own name.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawal.
  • To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
  • If any active bonus is present, it must be cancelled or completed before withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For suspicious transactions, 499pet may request additional documents for verification. Transactions related to money laundering or fraud will be cancelled immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

499pet provides its members with bonus and promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are governed by the following general terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, a 20x wagering requirement must be met.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus — total balance ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳8,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum limit) — total balance ৳13,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own terms and validity period — see the offers page for details.
  • A bonus may only be claimed once per person, per IP address, or per device.
  • The period for using a bonus is generally limited to a set number of days after the offer is accepted.
  • Placing bets with bonus funds may be restricted to certain game types.
  • 499pet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the 499pet VIP Program. This program is divided into five tiers and includes various benefits including weekly cashback: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, Platinum — up to 0.8%, Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on your activity on the platform.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to ensure all games on the 499pet platform are conducted fairly and transparently:

6.1 Fair Play

  • All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures the fairness of outcomes.
  • Game results are in no way predetermined or artificially controlled.
  • The outcome of each bet is determined independently — previous results do not influence subsequent results.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, the 499pet server log will be considered final in determining the outcome of that game. 499pet is not responsible for internet connection disruptions.

6.3 Bet Limits

Each game has a defined minimum and maximum bet limit, which is clearly displayed in the game interface. Bet limits may differ when using bonus funds.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 499pet platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
  • Registering using a false identity or incorrect information.
  • Cheating or abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse).
  • Hacking, modifying gaming software, or using unauthorized tools.
  • Money laundering or conducting transactions involving illegal funds.
  • Using third-party payment methods.
  • Colluding with other members to strategically manipulate games (collusion).
  • Selling, transferring, or renting an account.
  • Spreading false information against the platform or against other members.

Account Suspension and Closure

In the following circumstances, 499pet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

  • Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
  • Failure to provide required verification documents.
  • Suspicion of financial fraud.
  • Requesting self-exclusion (choosing to close your own account).

8.1 Self-Exclusion

8.2 Balance of Closed Accounts

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the return of any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) after investigation will be at 499pet's discretion. All funds associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

499pet makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, 499pet will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

  • Losses caused by the user's internet connection being disrupted.
  • Force Majeure events — natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.
  • Failure of third-party software or services.
  • Account information being leaked due to the user's own negligence.
  • Financial losses from gaming — all bets are placed based on personal decisions.
